Replacement Warranty

TACPOOL proudly stands behind every item we produce. If an item you have purchased from TACPOOL fails due to a manufacturing, assembly, or material defect, and no modifications or purposefully malicious wearing to the product has been, it will be repaired or replaced. Modification or alteration to these parts including custom coatings and voids all factory warranties.

We are not responsible for items intentionally/ accidentally damaged, destroyed, or products damaged by misapplication/poor maintenance. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the part or parts which are returned to TACPOOL and are determined to be defective at our discretion. 

This warranty is made to the original owner/purchaser and is not transferable.

The following items are excluded from this warranty:

1. Normal wear of product finishes on all metal or plastic parts.

2. Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repair/modification.

Exchange Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is to make purchasing and returning products a very simple process; we realize that not everything you purchase from us is exactly what you wanted.

Please visit our website TACPOOL, go to the individual product page and review the individual product description to determine if the product you have purchased is returnable.

Simple Product Return Process:

• Product was purchased within 60 days
• Determine if the product is a returnable product; some products the manufacturers prefer to handle the returns and repairs, please check our website
• Ensure the product is still in the original packaging and is not damaged; damaged packaging is subject to a 15% restocking fee, products showing excess usage may be returned to the customer
• Please email as at support@tacpoolusa.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number and receive a prepaid USPS label
• Please allow 10 days for your package to be received and processed
